MySql 5 upgrade

As part of our continuous improvement efforts, and with the goal to give you the best possible service, we have completed our plan to upgrade our shared hosting servers from MySQL 4 to MySQL 5. This is upgrade was in response to more and more scripts using functionality only available in the 5.X tree of MySQL.
